Our company recently had ComVoice installed our new telephones
and telephone service. We were surprising impressed by their customer
service. Our install from start to finish w as impeccable. After
install, we had questions about how the phones operated and our
voicemail set up, they never hesitate to answer all of our questions,
nor did they ever make us feel that we were asking to much.
The technical knowledge of the staff was impressive. They always
had a solution to how we wanted our new system to function and
were ready on call to make any changes that we had. Not only did

Dear ComVoice
The purpose of the letter today is to let you, and other potential
ComVoice customers, know how this has improved our company.
The first major improvement was the ability to move out of the
office that we were sharing with another doctor. Once we moved
out, we were able to operate our business in a few different
locations, saving us money on the cost of having a receptionist
at every location.
Not only has it helped our business; we have referred our own
customers to ComVoice. The companies that we work with have started
to make the switch also.
