HISTORY
COMVOICE was founded as a phone system provider known as Commworld in 1981 and provided telephone systems, repair and cabling for 25 years. In 2003, Commworld was merged with an information technology company known as KnighTek to bring IT and telephone system services under one roof. Shortly after the merger, the mindset of converging technologies in computer and telephone was at the forefront of the company's goal. Starting in late 2004, COMVOICE was developed as a product to sell in place of telephone systems. The response was so overwelming that in 2005 the telephone system business and IT business was sold off to focus strickly on the new services. Today COMVOICE has been self-funded, debt-free, cashflow positive and remains privately-held.
